Lou leads and manages Simple Solutions for Home Care, LLC. Before starting Simple Solutions, Lou worked for thirty-five years as an executive in the automotive industry. After experiencing first hand the aging issues in his parents, and working together with his family members to provide care, Lou decided to establish a home care agency to address those situations. Lou graduated from American International College with a degree in Business Administration and from Western New England College with a MBA. He has resided in Nashville for the past twenty-five years with his wife, Dr. Lois Wagstrom.
Hope moved to Nashville in 1995 from the great state of Texas where she was raised. Hope's office management experience stems from her work with a thriving animal hospital before she decided to switch gears and follow her dream of working in the fitness industry. Hope currently holds certifications from the American Council On Exercise in both Personal Training and Lifestyle and Weight Management. With Hope's two adult children out of the house and a little extra time on her hands she was looking for a new challenge and decided to join the Simple Solutions team in April 2014. Hope currently handles the day to day operations of the office as well as payroll and billing. With her compassion for a healthy lifestyle and desire to help others she has been a great addition to Simple Solutions.
A native Nashvillian, Kristi, joined the Simple Solutions Team in 2014. Kristi has seventeen years of experience in healthcare administration arising from her work with both Atrium Plastic Surgery Center (Centennial Medical Center) and with the office of Dr. Lois Wagstrom. Kristi has two grown children and lives in Williamson County with her husband of 28 years and their dog, Dexter. In her spare time Kristi enjoys going to the gym, outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking, taking Dexter to the dog park and volunteering with Room In The Inn..
A graduate of University of Texas at San Antonio, Ali earned her degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy. Before joining Simple Solutions, Ali was a Community Support Specialist for a behavioral health agency in Missouri and a Mental Health Specialist at Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital in Nashville, where she delivered emotional counseling and assistance with daily living to clients in a variety of settings. She has been part of a Geriatric Steering committee where she led support groups for families of patients with Cognitive impairments such as dementia. Ali oversees the delivery of home care to clients of Simple Solutions by working with clients and their families to assist in determining a detailed care plan and ensuring that the caregivers provide attentive and supportive care. Ali has a passion for empowering clients to stay in their homes and live full, active lives. Ali’s personal interests include collecting Jazz and Blues records, watching old movies, and creating charcoal-pencil portraits for fun.
